  • It does not matter if the shipper of the agricultural product shipment is an individual or group (National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, cooperative units, farming association, etc.). The shipper can just send the products and their invoice (statement of items) together.
  • The standard invoice for agriculture products is kept in each wholesale market corporation. Refer to the following picture for the shipment process.
  • A shipper can propose in writing the lowest price that he/she is to accept for trading at Garak Market, and a wholesale market corporation shall not sell such products at a price lower than such price. (Relevant law: Article 33, Paragraph 1 of the ACT ON DISTRIBUTION AND PRICE STABILIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY PRODUCTS and Article 29 of the ENFORCEMENT REGULATIONS OF THE ACT ON DISTRIBUTION AND PRICE STABILIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY PRODUCTS)
